| Abstract: | В статті досліджено концептуальні підходи до розгляду сутності бюджетного потенціалу місцевих бюджетів. На основі проведеного дослідження було запропоновано визначення категорії «бюджетний потенціал регіону». Автором узагальнено фактори, що впливають на рівень та оцінку бюджетного потенціалу регіону, а також запропоновано класифікацію бюджетного потенціалу регіону на основі ряду критеріїв, а саме: джерело формування, рівень використання, рівень достатності, часовий критерій. |
| Description: | The paper investigates the conceptual approach to the nature of the budgetary capacity of local budgets. On the basis of the study was proposed definition of the "fiscal potential of the region." The author summarizes the factors affecting the level and budget estimate potential, and budget classification potential of the region based on a number of criteria, including: the source of the level of use, adequacy, time criterion. |
